We’ve had our quibbles with BA, but their lobster roll is a thing of beauty. They eschew the classic split-top hot dog bun for a thick crustless slice of French “pain de mie.” It’s grilled to a golden brown, slathered with butter, and topped with huge chunks of lightly dressed lobster with a touch of crunchy celery. As if that’s not enough, it’s accompanied by an arrangement of ripe fresh fruit — pineapple, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, and juicy orange. Sublime, as is the view of St. Joseph Sound.
