Founded last year, Keep St. Petersburg Local has been working hard under the tireless leadership of Olga Bof to promote St. Pete’s locally-owned independent businesses. Like the Tampa Independent Business Alliance, its influential counterpart across the bay, KSPL is all about keeping spending local and shining a light on the unique charms and economic boost that independents bring to the community. That’s something worth celebrating.
