To See As Artists See: American Art from the Phillips Collection brought a dazzling spread of 20th-century painting to the Tampa Museum of Art. A loaner (meaning TMA didn’t curate the exhibition itself) but an awesome one, the showcase was ripe with canvases by Georgia O’Keeffe, Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper, Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko and many others — a welcome feast of American art.
