Ben Folds could not stop gushing about the Florida Orchestra, his bandmates during his November 2014 show at the Straz Center, and for good reason. The 16-song set was equal parts majestic and melancholy, thanks to string arrangements on songs that rocked ("Effington") and ones that made you cry, too ("Cologne"). As one CL reader said in a comment on our review of the concert, "I feel truly lucky to have made it to this show and would see the orchestra and Ben play a hundred times over again."
