Located about a mile from the University of South Florida campus, the Yuengling Brewery, with its bland exterior and modest signpost, doesn’t exactly beckon visitors like nearby Busch Gardens. But in an area dedicated to the college student’s beverage of choice, Yuengling is an oft-overlooked gem. A free tour of America’s oldest brewing company includes two beers per visitor — one before the half-hour tour, another after. That includes a chance to sample a Lord Chesterfield Ale — one of the three Yuengling brews available at the factory but not yet sold in Tampa. 11111 N. 30th St., 813-972-8529, yuengling.com/tour.htm
