Chef Ciro Mancini’s Shrimp Mediterraneo is logically too straightforward to be this succulent and delicious. But it is the real deal — stunning in both taste and simplicity. Ten huge, juicy Gulf shrimp are butterflied, lightly charred and served on a cast-iron sizzle platter à la fajitas. There’s an accompanying spicy fra diavolo sauce, but for my taste, the shrimp sing on their own.
