Non-morning people, take heed: You can shop a locavore mini-paradise at dusk every Tuesday afternoon, 5-10 p.m. Ybor’s Roosevelt 2.0 has partnered with Urban Coalition of Tampa to provide residents and visitors a forum to meet and buy produce and goods direct from the farm or artisans. Pick up ready-to-eat food to take away, or dine there after shopping for crafts, baked goods, and eco-friendly products. Musicians perform out back, and a drum circle pounds by the pavement out front.
