The Bay area is beautiful. The Bay area likes to drink, too, and a great marriage of these elements happens at Sail Pavilion. The 360-degree bar is just outside the Tampa Convention Center, and when you take the sunsets into account it is easily the most picturesque, dog-friendly, waterfront watering hole around. The best part is you can get there on foot, by bike, or on the water. There are even a few prime parking spots at the Convention Center’s cul-de-sac, but be sure to get a cab home since you’re probably never going to want to leave this place.
