Ybor sushi spot Samurai Blue is cool from its deco light fixtures to its exotic rolls to its hipster waitstaff. Adam Smith is the one with spiky blonde hair and tattoos. He's served and tended bar for about 14 years, and has worked at Samurai Blue since it opened. Asked what sets him apart from other waiters, he shrugs. "I like to go out and drink a lot, so I think anyone who would have nominated me sees me out more than I wait on them." Fair enough.
