Ooh … we love Spanish wines. Cheap and good, two words which taste great together. Find ’em at Ceviche, on a wine list with nary an American or French specimen. Sure, the wines from chic ’n’ snobby regions like Rioja and Ribera del Duero are priced out of our league, but delve into some juicy reds, whites and rosés from Jumilla and Navarra, and you will be duly impressed.
