Mrs. Hardy has been a state-certified business instructor in Florida for 31 years and works as Coordinator of Industry Services on the pTEC Clearwater Campus. She received a BS in Business Education at the University of Memphis and Masters of Education (Adult Curriculum & Instruction) from University of South Florida. Currently, Betty works as a trainer for the Pinellas County District and teaches computer courses, professional development courses, Business English and Business Writing, Ethics and Cultural Diversity. She serves as faculty advisor for National Technical Honor Society. Green technology trainings are the hot topics in technical education and pTEC is working aggressively to develop curriculum and train new workers for future jobs.
