Eye candy rubbed elbows with intellectual stimulation last weekend at Madame X, a dimly-lit bar in Greenwich Village. I've seen many burlesque shows since I moved to Manhattan, but none as thrilling as this performance by Naked Girls Reading. Lead by burlesque star and NGR creator, Michelle L'amour, the performance featured beautiful, nude women reading selections from banned books.

Nothing beats a good book and a beautiful woman! The group also has a super-sexy website, Naked Girls Book Club. Yes, it is a pay site, but totally worth it if, like me, you get excited by brains, as well as boobs. They also have a NGR blog with freebie photos, videos, event info and all sorts of goodies.
