The Big Dog, Bill Clinton, is one Democrat who isn't bailing out in supporting the party's nominee for the U.S. Senate in Florida.
It was announced today that the former President will make come to Florida one more time for Kendrick Meek, appearing in St. Petersburg on Tuesday October 19, and Wednesday, October 20 in Orlando.
The details we know about the St. Pete appearance are that he will appear at the USF St. Pete campus, at the Campus Activities Center Core, with the doors opening at 10:45 a.m. That's located at 131 6th Avenue South.
Going back to last year, Clinton has made several appearances for Meek, with two big fundraisers in 2009 that along with his key union endorsements, appeared to intimidate any other "name" Democrat from challenging the Miami area Congressman for the nomination (On the last day of qualifying real estate billionaire Jeff Greene did challenge Meek, and was walloped on August 24).
