As if to provide a visual demonstration of "comforting continuity" — the dubious benefit afforded to St. Pete voters by mayoral candidate Bill Foster, according to the St. Petersburg Times' endorsement — Foster assembled 19 past and present community leaders on City Hall steps yesterday to herald their support of his candidacy.
