McCollum is doing his mightiest to tie Scott’s association at Columbia/HCA around him, and feels the more times they can get the word about his relationship to the biggest Medicare fraud fine ever, the better for the Attorney General.
But will this ad do the trick?
Well, Never Going to Give You Up was huge in the summer of ’87, so at least that part of the ad is timely.
