The Bay Area Activist Coalition, the Tampa Dream Defenders, along with the Black Panther Party and other organizations, staged a rally today that began at Curtis Hixon Park, marched down several streets of downtown, and regrouped at Lykes Gaslight Park in front  of the Tampa police station. The peaceful demonstration was organized as a show of solidarity with Baltimore following the death of Freddy Gray, a black man who died in police custody in Baltimore on April 12.
