St. Petersburg is a true booklover town. From Jack Kerouac lore to the city's place in the James Bond novel, Live and Let Die, the city has some real hardback history. Luckily, C-SPAN2 has noticed and our city is on its list of stops for the C-SPAN2 Book TV Tour to promote the network's popular show of the same name. Besides taping interviews with local authors, readers and bookstore owners, producers are allowing visitors inside the 45-foot long mobile television production studio that will be fittingly parked at the 73-year-old Haslam's Book Store.
