As you’ve likely heard, WFLA-News Channel 8 and Bright House have yet to agree on a deal that would keep the station in the cable operator’s lineup. If a deal isn’t reached before Jan. 1, WFLA will no longer be available to subscribers.

Losing WFLA, which carries NBC, would be a slight annoyance but certainly isn’t the problem it would have been 5-10 years ago, thanks to advances in technology.
