Comedian Bruce Bruce is the sort of dude who can make you laugh as much with his pop-eyed facial expressions and the subtle swing of his big 'ol body as with his stories and anecdotes. The Atlanta native — who calls out ignorant rednecks just as easily as tactless old people and likes to tell people he's so big that his mother had to name him twice — stops in town this Friday for a night of heavy stand-up at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Also in Tampa is actor/comic Shawn Wayans, who hits the stage fresh from the recent release of Little Man, one of a handful of movies Wayans co-wrote and starred in with his infamously funny brothers. I don't know much about his stand-up routine, but I can tell you, the man definitely knows how to write a joke.
