If you take I-75, Winnipeg is a 29-hour drive from Tampa. Gas, if you’re rocking a 2000 Honda Accord, would cost just over $200. You’d also get to drive through some of the more dramatic stretches of the South and Midwest.

Or you could just skip all that nonsense and hop on a nonstop flight between the two cities. Low-cost Canadian airline Swoop is about to give you a chance starting on November 17 when it begins twice-weekly service between the destinations. TBBJ says the service — which uses Boeing 737-NG 800s — would happen on Thursdays and Sundays.

Right now, if you booked a round trip to and from Tampa (November 17-24), the fare would be $200.42 USD. Pick up a Uniter magazine when you get to Winnipeg, too.
