Could this possibly be true? Or is Axl being a cock-tease, yet again? We'll see. We'll see.

Considering the Chinese Democracy track "Shackler's Revenge" will debut in the video game Rock Band 2 and a snippet of "If the World" plays over the end credits of the film Body of Lies, it does seem more likely now than ever that a new Guns N' Roses disc will hit shelves in time for the big Turkey Day shopping spree.

If such a thing will even be this year, y'know, on account of the economy and all. But I digress.

From Billboard.com:

More than a decade after its conception, Guns N' Roses' Chinese Democracy will finally see the light of day before year's end, sources close to the situation confirm to Billboard. As first reported here, the set will be a Best Buy exclusive and will be available Sunday, Nov. 23, rather than the usual Tuesday.

To be honest, the tracks I've heard leaked online aren't that impressive. But, like millions others, I am curious to see what Axl has cooked up over the past decade. Shit, I've been hearing rumors about that damn Chinese Democracy thing all through my 20s. What a waste, eh?
