Clearwater Junior Women's Club presents its 31st Annual Christmas Under the Oaks Arts & Crafts Festival at Clearwater's Coachman Park. The holiday shopping extravaganza — which features more than 100 artists, crafters, and food vendors — is held to support CJWC's scholarships, grants and community service projects.
