The bidding wars are in full swing in Creative Loafing's Holiday Auction, all to raise money for The Children's Home.
Who will win the cover of CL? That battle always goes down to the wire, and we don't expect we'll see it settled till the final day of the auction, Wed. Dec. 14, when bidding closes for all items at 5 p.m.
Other fiercely coveted items include VIP tickets to Jannus Live; the Ultimate Florida Gardener Package; the private chef's dinner at SideBern's; and your own line of beer from Cigar City Brewing.
But if you can't keep up with the high rollers, there are all kinds of great gift-worthy items still going for way under full price — meaning that, if you play your bids right, you could be a very generous (yet frugal) Santa.
