For its first concert of '08, "A French/Spanish Connection," Tampa Bay Symphony is joined by two guests — classical guitarist John Michael Parris, who performs Rodrigo's Guitar Concerto, and Dr. Vernon Taranto Jr., whose composition, Capriccio and Fantasy Waltz, is the highlight of the TBS program.
