For the second straight year, the World Wildlife Fund is promoting "Earth Hour," a call to people from all around the world to turn off their lights for one hour on the same night "to focus on the one thing that unites us all—our planet." The 2013 Earth Hour is scheduled for this Saturday night, from 8:30-9:30 p.m.
