The Federal Bureau of Investigation has asked for the public's help after a truck and trailer with $65,000 worth of energy drinks went missing in Tampa.

According to an update posted to FBI Tampa's Twitter account (see above), the cargo theft took place overnight from Feb. 2 to 3 near East Broadway Avenue and 50th Street.

ABC Action News reports that the stolen truck was found in Broward County. However, the whereabouts of the trailer — and the drinks — are still unknown. The trailer identification is LRG 5347, while the Florida license plate is 2277CS.

As for which brand(s) of energy drinks disappeared, those details haven't been released, but any guesses?

There's an up to $2,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of the stolen trailer or drinks. The public is encouraged to call 813-253-1000 with tips.
