The sixth annual Safety Harbor Canoe and Kayak Festival returns to Old Tampa Bay for another exciting day of flipping kayaks and meandering canoes. Competitive types can take part in 1-mile, 5-mile and 7-mile races, while more relaxed boaters paddle around the bay on a recreational Eco-Tour.
