Check, Please! is an 8 year old television restaurant review show from WTTW in Chicago. Makes sense that, among the celeb guests they've had over the years there'd be one featuring a charismatic young senator from Illinios. Sort of.

In 2001 the show filmed an episode with Barack Obama, but never aired it. Is this another case of the liberal media holding back potentially damaging information until after the campaign was over? Or, even worse, was Obama just a boring interview?

Here's a teaser for the show, which Check, Please! plans to air soon. In it, Obama admits to learning from past mistakes! What mistakes are those? Too many free corn flapjacks before his entree comes at Dixie Kitchen. Are free johnny cakes covered under ethics rules? Get on it, blogosphere!
