Located at 58 S Spooky Ln., in Santa Rosa Beach, the was built in 2015 and purchased in 2018 by former Dave & Busters CEO Brian Jenkins and his wife Deborah, for $4.1 million, according to property records.

The 4,756-square-foot home spans four floors, and comes with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a heated plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen, a gas fire pit, 70-feet of Gulf frontage, and more, says the listing.

Jenkins was the CEO of the child casino chain for nearly 15 years, and retired from the company in 2021. The couple recently told the Wall Street Journal that they’re selling the house to spend more time with family in their home state of Texas.

The Dave & Buster’s house is currently asking $9,995,000, and the listing is held by the Spears Group of Compass.
