St. Augustine-based conservative talk show host Ray Junior made a name for himself throughout the world of Florida politics last week when he savaged Senate President Mike Haridopolos, kicking him off his afternoon talk show after the GOP U.S. Senate candidate could not give a straight answer about whether he supported the Paul Ryan budget plan that would dismantle Medicare as we know it.
On Monday afternoon it was one of Haridopolos' Senate opponents who went on the program – George LeMieux, who said he would have voted for the Ryan plan if he were back in the Senate, but laid a plan out that he said transcended what the Wisconsin Congressman has devised.
LeMieux maintained his dignity later in the interview when Ray Junior went puerile and asked, "When did you discover that Charlie Crist was a 'dirtbag?'"
