For those not content to let the debate settle with this two-hour movie starring Al Gore, concerned citizens should pick up a copy of The Weather Makers by Australian writer-scientist Tim Flannery. Reviewers from Down Under to stateside are praising Flannery for weaving "boring" topics like climate history and atmospheric composition into a straightforward and powerful call to action.
