A century-old bed and breakfast overlooking Gulfport’s Boca Ciega Bay is now up for grabs.

Located at 5701 Shore Blvd S, the Seabreeze Manor Inn sits right across the street from Gulfport Beach Park and just down the sand from the Gulfport Casino.

Built in 1923, the 3,767-square-foot Tudor-style complex was originally used as a home up until 1996, when it was converted into a bed and breakfast by Patty and Lawerence Burke.

According to the St. Petersburg Times, the couple completely renovated the property, and added 1,000-square-feet to the main house, raised the roof, built the grand staircase and porch, and more.

The Seabreeze Manor first opened its doors in November, 1997.

The property now comes with sevens bedrooms and ten bathrooms, as well as two separate cottages,  five tropical-themed ensuites, and the attached Breeze Waterfront Café, says the listing.

According to The Gabber, the restaurant briefly closed in 2022 due to a permitting issue, but quickly reopened after working it out with the City of Gulfport.

Property records show that the B&B was last purchased by the current owners in 2017 for $875,000. The asking price is now $2,795,000, and the listing agent is Rodger Kooser of Realty Center International.
