Today’s installment, from the taping of the League of Women Voter debates for the Tampa City Council, finds the chairwoman of the Council answering challenger Joe Redner’s question about traffic, as he queried that with a 50 percent increase in traffic predicted in Tampa, what has Miller done about it:

“The city needs light rail, but the city can’t do it alone. We need to get with the legislators, the county and the private sector, and this way we can do it. Because the city does not have that kind of finance to do it all by themselves, so everybody needs to work together and give us that rail system in the city of Tampa.”
