Amazingly enough, not all of the comments on ratemyprofessors.com are complimentary. Here are a few choice excerpts, minus the offending faculty members' names. Let the guessing games begin.
"SHE IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT PERSON I HAVE EVER MET!! She is extremely unclear and rude. She never shows up to class and then gets frustrated when we don't get anything accomplished as if it is our fault. She claims that she always has an "academic emergency" but only at the time of her classes of course! wait what the heck is an academic emergency?!" (USF-Tampa)
"[He] knows his trig backwards and forwards and could probably work it in his sleep. However, he teaches it differently than the assigned text does, and it is SO CONFUSING! On the first test, I got all but one answer right and still had a D because he took off all these crazy points. MAKE SURE YOU LABEL EVERY AXIS AND EVERY TICK MARK!!!" (St. Petersburg College)
"This lady is a horrible excuse for a human being. She is rude, inconsiderate, unfair, and makes anyone and everyone who takes her class feel like the dirt beneath her hideous loafers. She gives the most ridiculous tests and quizzes ever, most likely created in her private dungeon…" (University of Tampa)
"DO NOT TAKE A CLASS WITH THIS PROFESSOR!!! That is unless you are already a higher math prodigy! He is a little loopy and takes up most of the class time talking on subjects that have nothing to do with math. He also talks about what you should know as opposed to giving you the tools to learn the material." (HCC)
"Not a good teacher at all! Captain Condescending!!! If you disagree with him, you are branded as naive or stupid." (Eckerd)
"Every teacher that I've had has been great… EXCEPT for this one. Her summer class is the most disorganized class I've ever taken. Theres no syllabus and she talks more about random irrelevance than the material. I'm sorry, but baseball, bird watching, and "why yankee doodle stuck a feather in his hat" is not what i wanted to get out of college." (USF-St. Pete)
