The Tampa Bay Business Journal reported first thing Monday morning that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be at the Tampa Convention Center on May 23 to give the keynote address for a scheduled International Special Operations Forces gala dinner.
Both Special Operations and Central Command are located at MacDill Air Force Base in South Tampa.
The TBBJ reports that the gala is at "full capacity, and tickets are not available for the event."
That got us to thinking about the theory we've written about on a couple of occasions this election year. That is, the idea of Clinton being named to the Democratic presidential ticket in a trade-off with current VP Joe Biden.
