President Obama is scheduled to sign to sign the health insurance reform bill at 11:15 Tuesday morning.

Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum has promised to file a lawsuit against the portion of the bill mandating that everybody must buy into health insurance immediately after that.  The GOP gubernatorial candidate is arguing that the mandate falls outside the federal government's power under the commerce clause of the U.S. Constitution

McCollum, who appeared this morning on Fox News' Fox and Friends program to discuss his suit, is also scheduled to have a media availability shortly after the President signs the bill, his second such press event in 24 hours.  Because as an aide to the writes, he will be available "to discuss any developments in the health care reform legislation and the pending lawsuit. He will be joined by several legislators."  Just in case there was something that happened overnight, Bill McCollum will be there to address it.
