Julie Jenkins, who ran third in the race for Tampa City Council that features a March 27 runoff between Joe Redner and Gwen Miller. And Jenkins, who is now supporting Miller, isn't happy about Redner's offer for free admission to the Mons Venus for those who sport an "I Voted" sticker. She decries Redner's unusual campaign stunt as "walking a very fine line ethically" and "absolutely wrong."

"There is absolutely no room for Quid pro quo" in the city election, Jenkins wrote to Creative Loafing late last week. "This is not an Elementary School Student Council race decided on who has the best cookies or pencils to give away."

But Redner is offering really, really good cookies …
