During last Monday night's Hillsborough County DEC meeting, Alan Clendenin, a Democratic National Committeeman and Hillsborough State Committeeman, hinted that President Obama might be a surprise guest at the Florida Democratic Party Convention that takes place in October in Orlando.
Though theoretically that might still be the case, it was announced this morning that the man right below the President, Vice President Joe Biden, will be the keynote speaker at the "A Legacy of Leadership: A Promise for Tomorrow: dinner on Friday, October 28, 2011.
