Florida Lieutenant Governor Jeff Kottcamp is the first Attorney General candidate in either party who is now going to the airwaves.

Locked in a primary battle with Pam Bondi and Holly Benson, Kottcamp is emphasizing his cred with the law and order communities in Florida with this 30-second ad that features a whole lotta guns:

Overall, the Republicans in this race are touting law and order more than the Democrats (Dan Gelber and Dave Aronberg) have been.  Kottcamp has been endorsed by the Florida Police Benevolent Association and the Florida Fraternal Order of Police.
