Krystel Knowles was born in Tampa but lived in many different countries (Lima, Peru; Quebec, Canada; Nassau, Bahamas and Brazil) and states. She has worked as a freelance writer and photographer for the past few years. She started taking pictures of her skateboarding friends when she was 15 and started writing for her school newspaper in Miami at 17. She's very passionate about traveling, learning new languages and enjoying life. Her goal is to travel the globe to take pictures and write about nature, food, arts and more.
