Leaving Mastryâs, we found our car in the drizzle and headed for Pinellas Park. Iâd been a fan of the Cajun Café ever since the gator burger I had on my first visit. (Iâd recommend the burger to anyoneâitâs a good starter Cajun dish, not too spicy unless you get it blackened, and the staff can point you toward about fifteen beers thatâll complement it nicely.) Tonight, we were guests of Rachel and Paul, who wanted us to get the full experienceâdinner, beer, and swampy zydeco.
