Apparently many heterosexuals assume anyone involved in an alternative lifestyle is incapable of monogamy. On Monday, Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti Stanger, told a caller who asked her advice on managing a long-distance open relationship that "there is no curbing the gay man." Also, last week, Drew Garabo of the 97X Morning Show told a caller that since her boyfriend came out to her regarding his bisexual tendencies that he would probably cheat on her with other men sometime soon. As a swinger, I know how frustrating it is when people who don't understand your lifestyle make sweeping assumptions about your ability to engage in a fulfilling and honest relationship.
