Before shady Dr. Phil McGraw was spouting his Oprah-approved psychology, there was Dr. Drew Pinsky, a board-certified practitioner of internal medicine and addiction medicine specialist. The good doctor earned his celeb status when his syndicated medical and relationship advice talk show, Loveline, added Adam Carolla's comic relief and was picked up by MTV. Pinsky brings his traveling talk show to Tampa this Wednesday. 7 p.m., Marshall Center Auditorium at USF, 4202 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa, $10 general/$5 students with valid ID., uls.usf.edu.
