Michael Cannon, Director of Health Care Studies at The Cato Institute,
co-wrote a book with Michael Tanner entitled Healthy Competition. The book
argues that a healthy medical marketplace, grown from less government

And by paying less taxes to the government, Americans would be able to
afford those choices. WMNF's Arielle Stevenson spoke with author Michael
Cannon about his book, Healthy Competition.
