Unlike many of the protests of the Occupy Wall Street movement happening around the nation, the fact that Occupy Tampa (and Occupy St. Petersburg) events are still ongoing is something significant – if you actually count how few protests of any sort usually ever happen in Florida (from the liberal perspective, certainly).
CL was out on Saturday at the Occupy Tampa event.
Eric Cantor was asked if he wanted to take back his harsh comments about the protesters yesterday. He demurred somewhat.
Herman Cain got full court press coverage yesterday on Meet The Press, and he didn't come out looking the better for it.
