Though Mitchell's Fish Market is a chain, they do things a little differently than your run-of-the-mill seafood chain by offering fresh seafood from around the globe, seasonal ingredients and an ever-changing menu. In order to continue to support fisheries in the Gulf Coast, Mitchell's is not only continuing to serve Gulf seafood (that's been closely monitored for quality and safety), they're also partnering with Oxfam America to aid in the Gulf oil spill research and relief efforts.
