Today, Museum of Science and Industry commemorates the International Year of Astronomy 2009 — a celebration of the 400th anniversary of Galileo first using a telescope — with an unveiling of new mural-sized images of Messier 101 (aka the Pinwheel Galaxy) taken from all three of NASAs Great Observatories: the Hubble Space Telescope, Spitzer Space Telescope, and Chandra X-ray Observatory.
