We're not sure if the timing is the greatest, but nevertheless this Thursday evening in Ybor City, the group Organizing For America will be phone banking to measure the support for the President in 2012, as well as other Democrats (like Bill Nelson) who will be on the ballot.
Advocates say in an e-mail that, "The bigger we can build our volunteer base now, the more successful we will be next November."
OFA is asking those that want to be a part of the president's 2012 campaign to join them late afternoon/early evening (from 5-8 p.m.) this Thursday, though of course he is scheduled to address the nation on his plan to attempt to restart the desultory economy at 7 p.m.
