This Thursday afternoon in Washington, two Congressional Republicans will unveil what they are calling the Repeal Amendment – a resolution that would amend the U.S. Constitution to give states the option to repeal any federal law or regulation so long as 2/3 of the states are in agreement.
The movement for such an amendment has been spearheaded by West Palm Beach attorney and Tea Party in Action leader Marianne Moran, and among those listed as supporters in a press release issued include Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.
