If you’re just waking up, it’s been pretty wet in Tampa Bay today, and all that rain has forced the closure of eastbound I-375 in St. Petersburg.

“Eastbound I-375 closed due to standing flood water,” Florida Highway Patrol wrote on Twitter, “seek other routes and use caution on wet area roadways today.”

Friday’s forecast in St. Pete calls for no rain, so expect the lanes to be open by then, and keep an eye on @fhptampa’s Twitter for the most updated information.
